System Overview

The System Overview serves as the customer’s primary dashboard inside Virtual Keypad. This is where users gain immediate visibility into the status of their security environment and quickly access the functions they use most often.

The goal of this section is to demonstrate how Virtual Keypad brings intrusion, access control, video, automation, notifications, and operational awareness together into a single unified interface.

Demo Steps

  1. Open the System Overview dashboard.

  2. Point out the current arming status.

  3. Review recent activity or event history.

  4. Show video tiles if cameras are configured.

  5. Show door controls if access control is configured.

  6. Show favorites, outputs, lights, or thermostats if available.

  7. Demonstrate navigation between dashboard sections.

  8. If configured, show dashboard customization or widget organization.
